Pet dog Lulu "an absolute star" E-mail
A pet dog living in Altinkum in Turkey has been described by its owner as "an absolute star".

The Voices newspaper reported that LuLu, who belongs to Mark and Claire Stirling, appears to think she is human.

It explained she prefers dressing up in Hallowe'en costumes and speeding around the go-kart track to licking bones and sniffing trees.

The publication described Lulu as "Altinkum's all-action dog".

Meanwhile, owner Mark said he and his wife could not be fonder of their mutt.

He stated: "She loves going for a swim and being dressed up and posing the camera. She is an absolute star and has wonderful charisma."

In other news, a kangaroo ended up putting an Australian man in hospital after he tried to stop the animal from drowning his pet dog.

The canine chased the marsupial but it turned on the mutt and pinned it under the water in a farm damn.

Owner Chris Rickard suffered cuts to the face and abdomen while freeing his dog.
