Life is full of risks and uncertainties. At any point, a pet can meet with an accident or can be attacked by strangers or known persons for a number of reasons. Being attacked or meeting with an accident means you are absolutely unaware of what is going to happen to your pet. For instance, a nine year old cat named Maya was attacked by two loose dogs in front of owners John and Melanie Armstrong near their home in Bellingham. The owners tried to save Maya from the cruel attack of dogs but it took them nearly ten minutes to provide help to the poor cat.  Other people were screaming and tried to kick off the dogs. Despite these attempts, they were unsuccessful in helping Maya. Finally Melanie picked a vacuum cleaner and tried to move the dogs away and succeeded. The dogs escaped from the open gate. Maya was in shock and was bleeding.  A vet was immediately consulted and x-rays reported that Maya was suffering from broken back and broken back legs. The Armstrongs plan to contact the owners of the dogs, as suggested by a dog warden from Stockton Council.
