Photographer reveals world of celebrities and their pet dogs and cats

A celebrity photographer has given one publication a look into the world of his work, which depicts stars spending time with their pet dogs, cats, pigs and even insects.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, snapper Christopher Ameruoso said that he loved his job and never had a problem getting actors and singers to strike a pose for his lens.

Although he has captured hundreds of public figures - including Ozzy Osbourne, Paris Hilton, Verne Troyer and Jennifer Love Hewitt - he remembers actress Megan Fox as being one of the best, as she brought her entire menagerie along - which includes a pot-bellied pig, a cat, dogs and birds.

He also said he enjoyed working with Pamela Anderson as she is such an advocate of animal welfare and has in fact run several campaigns for PETA, a cause close to Mr Ameruoso's heart.

Lost star Dominic Monaghan is another stand-out in the photographs, as he holds his leaf mantis Gizmo up to the shot.

"I always find that after the first 30 frames the celebrities start to get a bit restless with the shoot, while it is the dogs, cats or lizards who relax the most," Mr Ameruoso revealed.
