A man from Rockledge, Florida, is facing animal cruelty charges.
The pet health care giver to two dogs, Randy Lewark, is facing two counts of animal cruelty for allegedly attacking the animals, reports Click Orlando.
The bodies of the two pet dogs were discovered in a bin outside Mr Lewark's home.
Mr Lewark reportedly beat one dog to death and hung the other. The breeds of dog have not yet been revealed.
Click Orlando reports that the police indicated the 25-year-old attacked the pets after becoming annoyed when they tried to assault another dog.
The incident, which apparently saw the dogs dumped outside Mr Lewark's Revilla Lane home, was relayed to police by a relative of the accused.
Earlier this week a man from Pretoria, South Africa, was arrested after being accused of hanging his dog from the branch of a tree, News24 reports. The incident did not lead to an arrest for one month however, after the suspect hid from police.
