A publication has printed a story that will undoubtedly cheer up many pet insurance customers as they shiver in the chilly weather and plummeting temperatures.

The Los Angeles Times showed a link to a YouTube - the website for people hoping to share files and video clips between themselves, for free - movie that depicts a Himalayan kitten trying to take a nap.

The tiny creatures try to drift off but seem, one by one, to continuously get woken up by outside influences.

All in all, the news source declares, it is one of thousands of similar clips on the world wide web, all of which show various cute animals in different but cute situations such as this.

"When you're in the mood for an adorable video, it's always a safe bet to seek out one that combines baby animals and sleepiness," it points out.

Horse charity World Horse Welfare may sympathise - it recently declared it had reached its millionth viewer on its own video channel.
