Safe Haven for Donkeys in the Holy Land Update

We informed you yesterday of Animal Friends donation to Safe Haven for Donkeys in the Holy Land, and it appears that the Feel Good news just keeps coming our way!

We have been sent a lovely response from Lucy Fensom at Safe Haven ,and some pictures from the Qalqilya rest haven.  

To be able to assist a charity and see their appreciation of the donation is wonderful and something to really feel good about!

Lucy had this to say:

Elaine is it really true? Carolyn has told me the most wonderful news that you are making a donation of £2000 now for Qalqilya and then a donation of £1000 per month for our running costs...? That is utterly incredible and I am just absolutely over the moon.
You will have to come over here and see it all for yourself and see what a truly wonderful operation you are so generously supporting.
 
You know that you and Chris are always, always warmly welcome Elaine. I am just so lost for the right words to say really to express my deep gratitude to you my dear.
Just thank you, thank you, thank you with all my heart - forever.
